Aptamer for Aflatoxin M1
Technology Details: Aptamers specific to aflatoxin M1 have been generated. These aptamers have different structural motif. The dissociation constants of aptamer-aflatoxin are in Nano molar range indicating their higher affinity and thus industrially useful for developing methods for detection/estimation of aflatoxin in feed/food. These aptamers are of commercial value by making strategic use for mitigating aflatoxin toxicity and in removal of aflatoxin from feed/food. Patent filed (No: 1864/DEl/2013).
